FAQ - Boarding
- All dogs must be fully vaccinated against Parvo-Virus, Distemper, Hepatitis & Leptospirosis.
- It is also a requirement to vaccinate against Kennel Cough.
Current up to date vaccinations records must be produced for inspection upon arrival with your pet. We will not accept your pet for boarding if it is not produced.
A member of reception staff must be present to check vaccinations and update records. Although kennel staff may be present throughout the day they will not take calls outside of opening hours.

Yes. We would recommend that you should inspect any kennels before making a booking for your dog.
By all means, anything which may help your pet to settle quickly such as a familiar toy can be kept in the pen. We can accommodate most special dietary needs as well as regular feeding patterns and medication administration.
No discount is given for pets sharing as they require and receive the same amount of care and attention from our staff.
Cancelled bookings will generate a £20 fee which must be paid before future bookings are accepted, regardless of notification given.
