FAQ - Grooming
Can I watch while you groom my dog?
We would recommend that the customer is not present during grooming as gestures or speech from the owner will attract the attention of the dog making it more difficult to groom.
Can you remove matts and leave the hair long?
This depends entirely on the extent of the matting. Even though we use specialist dematting tools and equipment to aid the removal of the matts, if we feel that the dog will be in pain or suffer as a result, we will not dematt them. At this point the owner would then be contacted to discuss further options.
Are you insured?
We are fully insured and licensed.
Do you provide veterinary cover?
Should the need arise your pet will immediately be taken to the veterinarian of your choice (depending on distance) or our local small animal veterinarian practice.
